Stephanie D. Ardrey
Stephanie Ardrey is a serial entrepreneur, having conceptualized and launched multiple business ventures over the last three-decades. She participated in the Youth Entrepreneurial Services (YES) incubator for youth in her early 20s and began what would become an outstanding entrepreneurial journey.
Her entrepreneurial and corporate experience has covered multiple industries including: real estate finance, construction and development, consumer goods, entertainment – music, film, and television, high-tech, financial services, insurance, municipalities and more. Ms. Ardrey has trained thousands of entrepreneurs over the last two-decades on business planning, strategic growth strategies, and currently provides management consulting and coaching services to entrepreneurs with an emphasis on fiscal issues – debt and equity strategies. Most recently, Ms. Ardrey directed a multibillion dollar portfolio of commercial real estate development projects – luxury, mixed-use, and retail commercial projects.
Prior to entering the high stakes high pressure world of commercial real estate development, Ardrey served as the President/CEO of The ArdreyGroup Inc., a full-service advertising and marketing communications agency with eight offices across seven western states, a capitalized financial base of over $250 million dollars as the result of a joint venture. The ArdreyGroup Inc. provided multicultural solutions for clients including: California Department of Health Services, PetsMart, Chart House Restaurants, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Phoenix Lottery, Texas Utilities, and Bank of America, House of Seagram’s, Macy’s of California, the Claremont Resort Hotel, Hyatt Regency Hotel, Parc Oakland Hotel, KDIA, and KSOL radio stations, Dole Foods, Bank of America, Golden State Warriors, Kal Kan/M&M Mars Foods, City of Oakland, the Urban League, and others.
*Ardrey is completing a Doctor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in International Business, holds a Master of Arts degree from Antioch University – McGregor School of Business focusing on organizational management and leadership; Certificate, University of Southern California, Real Estate Finance and Development; Bachelor of Arts degree from Antioch University; Upper division course work in International Finance and Management, Golden Gate University; Certificate, Microcomputer Electronics, University of California, Berkeley; Construction Project Management course study, California State University, Dominquez Hills, and Associate of Arts degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising – advertising and marketing focus.
Ardrey is an adjunct professor at University of California, Los Angeles, California State University, Los Angeles and The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She teaches: Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Ethics in Business, Management and Technology, Marketing Management, and Management Strategy. In 2012, she released, “Show me the money: the 9Ps to profit!” which is available through local bookstores.
